Goode Enterprises is looking for consultants specializing in Human Resource issues to aid in the promotion of Evalu-Aide^TM and Data-Aide^TM. Ideally, prospective candidates will:

• Have a Human Resource specialist or generalist background or relevant experience in employment law, performance management program design or other related specialties.
• Service a small business client base (typically 200 employees or less).
• Have some computer literacy.
• Desire to work with a product (Evalu-Aide) where they can add their customized content to our automated framework.
• Desire to work with small businesses in designing performance appraisal systems, and improved employee data administration.
• Not currently represent directly competitive products.

What Goode Enterprises offers:

• Evalu-Aide is a PC based performance appraisal automation tool. While the program comes with 18 pre-defined behavioral traits, we encourage the end user to develop their own traits and accountabilities. Our program is easily customizable in this respect.
• We are doing extensive marketing and have leads in many areas.
• Potential to offer custom programming services.
• A reasonably priced product that can support your individual consulting services.
• Future referrals from buyers needing HR consultant services.
